How we protect, consider and improve our impact on the environment.
The "Gala Cares" project also means we will become more focussed on making environmental improvements to the way we work.
Over 1,000 tonnes of bingo tickets are recycled each year. Gala Coral Group is constantly looking at new and innovative ways of recycling.
We are also establishing a relationship with a local charity allowing us to donate surplus and un wanted quality furniture from our current casino prior to moving into our new casino in Ocean Village.
Our new build Casino and Bingo Club is to be fitted with Infra-Red Light Switch Technology that switches the lights off after 20 minutes of inactivity, saving electricity.
We have also ensured that enviromentaly friendly products, if available, are used in the fit out of our new casino complex.
We are also undertaking a major environmental audit in all policies and procedures in Gibraltar.
