How we look after and work with the community in which we operate. 

Gala Casino Gibraltars new community project "Gala Cares" intends to develop relationships with local charities to help them raise funds and awareness. As well as this, employer-supported volunteering within the 'Cares' partnerships and other projects in Gibraltar will be introduced.

We estimate over 200 hours of volunteering time will be contributed by our staff in the 2008 financial year to worthwhile local projects.

In the last year we have hosted 7 charity bingo nights, rasing an estimated £9500 for local charities.

By developing better relationships with local charities within the communitiy, we believe we can double this figure this year.

Each year we will identify a few local charities so that we can maximise our charitable work by having a focussed approach.
